| Tommy Sorenson and his steer, Big Mac. This was Tommy’s first year in 4-H. He took Big Mac, a Murray Grey/Simmental cross steer that he bought from us, to the Bonneville County Fair, where he won Reserve Grand Champion out of over 30 steers. Good job Tommy! |  |
| Isaac Jamison and his purebred Murray Grey steer, ERM Mighty Mike. This was Isaac’s first year in 4-H. He also did very well at the Bonneville County Fair, taking first place in his market class and fourth place in the finals. The judge was very concerned about the 4-H steers being perfectly finished. He said that Isaac’s steer was the best finished steer out of over 30 steers. He also said that Isaac’s steer was the only steer that he knew would grade for sure, and he knew that it would because it was a Murray Grey. |  |
| Justin and Kaylie taking a ride on ERM Mighty Mike. Mike had such a great personality that Isaac could ride him. In fact Isaac impressed everyone by jumping on Mike in the sale ring and riding him while he was sold. |  |
